Heart to Heart Seniors Services Inc. has officially moved from 2507 Leeman Road in Elginburg to its new home at Providence Village in Kingston, Ontario. This move marks an important milestone in our journey to better serve seniors and their families by embedding our services within a broader, collaborative network of care.
As a subtenant and partner at Providence Village, Heart to Heart is now part of a dynamic, not-for-profit community dedicated to dignity, inclusion and holistic well-being. This values-based environment brings together mission-aligned organizations that provide compassionate, person-centred support to people across the region.
What is Providence Village?
Providence Village is located on the historic Providence Motherhouse site in central Kingston. It was established to unite charitable and community-focused partners in a shared space, fostering integrated services that support health, independence and quality of life. The Village is designed to be inclusive, collaborative and sustainable – honouring both its natural surroundings and the legacy of the Sisters of Providence.
Why the Move Matters
This transition strengthens Heart to Heart’s commitment to relationship-based, community-rooted care. By operating within Providence Village, we are better positioned to collaborate with like-minded organizations, expand access to support services, and stay closely connected to the people we serve.
Our clients and their families will continue to receive the same personalized, dignified care – now enhanced by the resources and connections available within the Village.
We’re excited about this next chapter and look forward to welcoming you to our new location. To learn more or to schedule a visit, reach out to our team anytime.
